Michigan Ballot Proposal 10-2 Prohibits Convicted Felons from Holding Public Office
Voters in Michigan face several interesting proposals at the November 2, 2010 polls. In my nearly 30 years as a registered voter, I do not remember a proposal like Proposal 10-2 which would prohibit a convicted felon from holding office.
